Vacation Photos

Here are the first few photos from my vacation, day 1.

I plan on doing some fishing in the lagoon a few times this week.  I’ll have to watch out for alligators though, cause they are in there!

I can see that you are still loving those close-up macro shots! Nice house! Looks like a nice place! Enjoy your visit!

  2. Nice site. Some interesting and informative posts man 🙂 I hope I can produce something like this myself one day. Where did you buy your templates from?

Also, which hosting do you use as I keep hearing negative tales about the host I am thinking of hosting my site with. Also any other helpful tips you can give for starting up my website would be most useful and gratefully appreciated.

    Thanks Pal

My site template was designed by Inanis over at http://www.inanis.net I’ve made some modifications for myself to it however. I have a short post about it here.

Currently Synth-Studio.com is hosted by Dreamhost. So far, they have been great. I wrote a post about my switch to them here.

I would suggest doing whatever you can to integrate you site into some popular social network sites, like Twitter and Facebook. I’ve been bringing in some more traffic this way. Also, try to make your site’s URL structure as search engine friendly as possible via your “robots.txt” file and your permalink structure. The “WP to Twitter” and “Google XML Sitemaps” plugin’s help well here. Additionally, you want to try to make your site as accessible as possible. Download a screen reader and try browsing your site with no monitor. Making sure your theme uses things like header tags in logical locations and alternate/title text for images and links helps with that greatly.
