I made a few changes to my remix of the Melee Island music. Mainly the start among other things. I think it’s much nicer now.

Just recorded the “fifth” track in my list. The Melee Island music.
I have also recorded updated versions of each of the previous tracks I’ve posted. In addition, I combined the Monkey Island Theme and the ‘Introduction’ theme into one MP3, so the new track is now track 4. The new MP3’s have been tagged accordingly.

I started working on remixing the music from The Secret of Monkey Island using my Roland XV-5080 and Fantom XR. Here is my first draft of the main theme. Hopefully, there will be more to come…

Tales of Monkey Island: Episode 4
Quick little comment about this one. As expected, this episode was great. I won’t write much about it as I don’t want to ruin it for anyone that has not played through it yet. If you didn’t, GO BUY IT!
I will say this, in the words of Dominic Armato, “we’re really starting to get into some meaty stuff”!
I can’t believe there’s only one episode left! I really hope the LucasArts License Gods™ renew, or extend, or whatever the Secret of Monkey Island Franchise™ license to Telltale Games for another season, or two, or three, or more!
Also, a new full blown 40+ hour epic adventure game would be nice too. Hey, It’s possible! I can only hope that the games are selling a thousand times as much as I’ve enjoyed them. That way we got a chance! Right? Right???
Very belated post, but I finished ToMI Ep. 3 not long ago and I got to say, It’s really good, as I expected! I’m hoping the little “love square” between Guybrush, Morgan, Elaine, and LeChuck, ends with Morgan and Guybrush together. Let’s see, what else? One of my other favorite characters plays an important role in this episode, which was fantastic!
I don’t want to spoil any of it in case you didn’t play it yet, which you should! So, I’ll just leave you with a few screenshots. Enjoy!

Got a new Camera Lens and ToMI:Episode 2 is out! YAY
Brief update:
I got a new lens for my camera, a wide angle. I’ll post some new photos taken with it soon..
In other news. The second episode of Tales of Monkey Island is out! YAY! Perhaps I’ll write a little something about it when I complete it.
Vacation Photos: Round Three!
What did I do today? … Well, after breakfast I attempted some more fishing. While I didn’t catch any fish, I did manage to see a whole family of birds flying back and forth, into and out of the water, catching small fish for the babies. That was pretty cool, took some photos of that.
After that, went out on the waverunner with my uncle, took a bunch of photos of a couple parts of the island. I wasn’t able to take some of the “out in the middle of the ocean” photo’s that I wanted, but I was able to take a bunch of photos of some of the crazy-insane-super-expensive houses on one of the island’s peninsulas. From what I am told some of them are worth over $20,000,000!!!
I also saw the new Harry Potter movie. It was pretty good, though I’m not really a fanatical fan like some people. I would have been happy seeing ‘The Hangover’, since I missed out on that when it was released. Now we have to wait 10 years for the next HP movie I guess. That’s what I don’t like about them, frankly I don’t see why Harry won’t just use that evil killing spell that I know he must know by now and get rid of the bad guys. The same way they use it then to a “Gollum Happy-Dance” afterwords. :\
Finally, as I am writing this I am downloading “The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition” via Steam to my MacBook in a VM. I hope it will run. If not I’ll just have to wait until I get home from vacation to play. 🙂 Make sure you buy your copy of SMI:SE!!!
